Money Back Policy - 30 days
We provide 30 (thirty) days money-back policy on all our Web hosting and WordPress Hosting packages with the following conditions:
- Refunds are limited to only one per customer within the first 30 days of purchase. This is considered as a "trial period" for you to be able to test out our services. If you bought several hosting packages, have more than one customer account with us or renew an existing subscription - in those cases you do not qualify for the refund;
- Refunds will not include any additional services, if any where purchased, such as domains, migrations or any additional work done by us with a prior agreement where that work was actually completed;
- Refunds exclude setup fees (9.99$, 9.99€ or 9.99£ depending on the currency you paid) for all Web Hosting and WordPress Hosting packages;
- You need to provide a written request in order to get a refund. Please use a contact form, or fill out a ticket by logging into your customer area with clear indication that you want to terminate your hosting package and get a refund (please read our full Payment Policy to make sure you qualify);
Domain registrations
All domain registrations and renewals are FINAL. We are unable to process any refunds and/or domain name changes for domain registrations/renewals, since domain registry charges are non-refundable.
It is your responsibility to ensure that domain renewals are done by paying the outstanding renewal price prior to the domain expiration date. If you fail to pay for the domain renewal, we cannot guarantee further availability of your domain name.
Billing and Payment
- You havethe responsibility responsibility to ensure that your payment information is up to date, and that all invoices are paid on time. You agree to pay for the Services in advance of the time period during which such Services will be provided. Subject to applicable laws, rules and regulations, payments received will be first applied to the oldest outstanding invoice in your billing account.
- You agree that you will be billed on an automatically recurring basis to prevent any disruption to your Services, using your credit card or other billing information which you provided to us, unless you specify in advance that auto-renewal should be disabled or disable it yourself in your customers account. The option of disabling autorenewal is always available if needed.
